Meet The Founder
Founder & President, The Valor Haven Foundation Inc.
Arnold W. Hubbard is the Founder and President of The Valor Haven Foundation Inc., a veteran-led nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting service members as they transition from military life to civilian stability and purpose.
My Story
I am Arnold Wayne Hubbard and I am a retired United States Marine veteran who served my country with honor, discipline, and commitment. Like many veterans, upon leaving active duty I encountered significant challenges reintegrating back into civilian life. The transition was marked by isolation, limited access to resources, and the difficult reality of rebuilding a life after years of dedicated service.

During this critical period, the support of a few compassionate individuals became pivotal in helping me regain my footing. Their intervention not only changed the course of my life but also left a lasting impression that shaped my current mission. These experiences provided me with firsthand insight into the gaps that exist in veteran transition services and the profound impact timely support can have.
Motivated by gratitude, faith, and a deep sense of responsibility to my fellow service members, I have committed myself to paying that support forward. I believes that veterans should never have to face the challenges of reintegration alone and that the bond of brotherhood continues long after military service ends.
This commitment led to the establishment of The Valor Haven Foundation Inc., an organization created to serve as a source of stability, advocacy, and hope for veterans navigating post-service life. Under my leadership, the foundation focuses on addressing critical needs, fostering community, and restoring dignity and purpose to those who have served.
My leadership is grounded in lived experience, resilience, and faith. My guiding principle is captured in my personal statement:
“I am still standing because of God and my country.”

Through The Valor Haven Foundation Inc., I will continues to serve—ensuring that veterans are supported, honored, and empowered to move forward with strength and purpose.
